I’m set on purchasing a 50 Bandouliere because I know it’ll be the most versatile for my life and travel habits. My biggest question is, is it worth it? I know it’s a big bag but I’ve wanted a luxury duffle for a while now and think this would be good starter luggage. So I went to LV yesterday and luckily they had both the damier graphite and the monogram eclipse available to check out. In a side-by-side comparison, the graphite canvas felt slightly stiffer than the eclipse, but the eclipse didn't feel thinner or flimsier at all. I am a guy and just bought a Monogram Eclipse Keepall 45 and I love it. I have been on a couple weekend trips with it already and it easily fits everything I need for 2-4 days. I have owned the 55 in Monogram Macassar in the past and I always found it a bit too big, because it encouraged me to overpack and then it becomes very cumbersome.
